Affiliate Manager (Winning Partner)

The Role

As one of the UK's biggest white label casino networks, we rely on our relationships with affiliates to sustain our player acquisition across 18 UK licensed brands.

We're looking for a motivated Affiliate Manager to help grow our Winning Partner affiliate programme to coincide with the coming introduction of new brands and markets.

You will manage relationships with existing affiliates and lead negotiations with prospective new partners, according to pre-agreed commercial and operational plans.

You will also work closely with our development team to improve the functionality and efficiency of our internal business intelligent tools.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise and manage relationships with existing Winning Partner affiliates
  • Search for and reach out to prospective affiliate partners to drive incremental volumes of profitable users to our bingo and casino brands
  • Negotiate and renegotiate deals with existing and potential affiliate partners
  • Track and evaluate performance of WP brands and affiliates
  • Work with affiliates to help optimise their campaigns to meet the requirements of agreed deals
  • Ensure that our affiliate programme, products and partners meet all regulatory requirements for the countries in which we operate
  • Ensure affiliates and their marketing activities are compliant with Winning Partner terms and conditions
  • Work with the Head of Operations to develop and manage the affiliate budget, monitor ROI and devise the wider acquisition strategy
  • Represent Winning Partner at industry networking events in the UK and abroad
  • Liaise with design team to create promotional assets for all of our white label brands
  • Work with our white label software providers to ensure all sites are updated, compliant and optimised for player conversion
  • Coordinate with our internal development team to improve the processes and functionalities of our internal business intelligence systems

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical and hands-on knowledge of affiliate platforms and technologies
  • Have at least two years of experience in a marketing/affiliate role
  • Understanding of affiliation and partnerships across either the bingo or casino industries
  • Good affiliation and online marketing knowledge, including the understanding of online gaming affiliate revenue models
  • Commercially astute demonstrating strong negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read, analyse interpret multiple data sources
