Responsibilities

Create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
Collaborate with the UX team to ensure designs align with user-centred design principles and accessibility standards
Translate design concepts into responsive and interactive interfaces, collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
Provide assets and design specifications to facilitate the development process
Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes
Conduct usability testing and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the final product meets design standards and user expectations

The Ideal Candidate

2+ years experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
Proficient in design tools including Adobe Illustrator CC, Photoshop and Figma
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Ukrainian)
The ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
